Europeans have already acquired 15% of the apartments at the Hard Rock Hotel, located in Lagoinha, in the municipality of Paraipaba, Ceará, an enterprise that has sold more than US$ 40 million in apartments, in only four months of sales. Hard Rock's General Sales Value (PSV) is about US$ 200 million. The enterprise has 412 apartments, built and managed by the Italian VCi Holding SA, managed in Brazil by Venture Capital Participações e Investimentos SA. 30% of the 412 apartments will be allocated to the hotel pool. Prices for those who want to purchase vary from US$ 18,000 (apartment) to US$ 70,000 (house). The Hard Rock Hotel is expected to open in December 2020 and employ 500 professionals. [Focus.Jor]
